Shipping and Discounts

We have a very simple set up for shipping and for discounts and they are all rolled into one easy to use shopping cart. We charge a flat rate of $12.99 USD shipping fee for all products destined for the USA and Canada. That means the more you buy, the more you save.

Note that select items that are oversized or overweight will not qualify for flat rate shipping. Products that don't qualify will be clearly marked on our website. In some cases where packages are undersized, the shipping will be cheaper than the flat rate to make it more economical for certain items.

For our flat rate shipping, we use Canada Post Expedited Service for all packages destined for Canada and USPS Priority Service for all packages destined for USA. If you want your item(s) faster, we can quote on a faster method of shipping if you leave us a note under the comments. We will also provide a tracking number via email for all shipped items.

Returns

We can take returns on product but there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. The buyer is responsible for the postage on the return and it MUST BE RETURNED IN EXACT CONDITION AS SENT! Each parcel we sent out is insured so if there is damage to any outgoing items then we need to know right away so we can put in a claim with the appropriate shipper. Any opened, loose or blind boxed product can NOT be returned and is non refundable.

Taxes

As we are a Canadian based company we are obligated to charge GST on all Canadian sales and GST and PST on all sales from British Columbia. These taxes will be added to your invoice and may not show up until your final checkout.
