Shipping & Returns



Our shopping cart system applies shipping rates to your total at check-out. We charge a flat rate of $9.99 USD for all products destined for the USA and Canada, which means the more you buy, the more you save. Note that select over-sized or over-weight items will not qualify for flat rate shipping. Sometimes select products add substantial weight to a shipment or may need to be shipped in a special box on their own. Products that do not qualify will be clearly marked on our website.

*FREE shipping option! Any US orders over $200 enjoy no shipping fees.

*$3 store hold option! All customers local to our retail store in the Vancouver area can pick up orders at our retail store for a small pickup fee. Any orders over $200 enjoy no pickup fees. See below for more details.

We do not accept wholesale orders and reserve the right to cancel any orders that are purchased for commercial / retail distribution.

For our shipping, we use Canada Post Expedited Service for all packages destined for Canada and USPS Parcel Select Service with delivery confirmation for all packages destined for USA.

International orders are shipped out either First Class or Priority, depending on the method chosen in your order. First Class packages are trackable ONLY WITHIN THE US. Once the package leaves the US it is no longer trackable. Priority shipping comes with tracking and a very small amount of insurance. Ages Three and Up strongly recommends using Priority shipping to International destinations. Although it is more expensive, it ensures packages get to their destination. Lost packages shipped via First Class are not the responsibility of Ages Three and Up.

If you want your item(s) shipped to you faster, we can quote a faster method of shipping if you leave us a note in the comments section when making your purchase. 

All Flat Rate Shipping fees DO NOT include insurance. If you wish to purchase extra insurance with your package there will be an aditional cost to your order. Please contact us at support@agesthreeandup.com to discuss any extra shipping options. Once a package has left our facility, Ages Three and Up is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur to your packages as we have no control over the carriers actions. If you have purchased additional insurance for your items, please notify us of any issues with your shipment immediately, so that we can help you to start a claim with the carrier.

A Tracking number is provided with all shipments from Ages Three and Up. This number will be sent to you via email and if you have an account on agesthreeandup.com you will be able to access this information from your accounts tab. Tracking on First Class International packages ONLY WORKS WITHIN THE US. 

Ages Three and Up does reserve the right to limit how much is being sent under the flat rate shipping option. Anyone considered abusing the flat rate option will have their orders split into deliveries that are more manageable. 

Store Pick Up

For people who are local you are now able to pick up your orders in the store instead of having your order shipped out. The same rules apply to store pick ups as do the shipping. If you have more than one item on your order then your order will be held until all items are in stock before your order will be released to you. If your order is over $200 then the pick up fee of $3 will be waived but for all pick ups under $200 there is a $3 pick up fee. 

If you have many items on your order you may request items be picked up as they arrive but this request must be done through email at support@agesthreeandup.com. Requests for pick up in the store or on the phone will be refused. 

If you order is over $200 and your pick up fee is waived and then you request a pick up on an item before the entire order is in stock, if that one item is under $200 then the $3 pick up fee will apply. If the remainder of your order is then brought to under $200 then the remainder of your order will also be subject to the $3 pick up fee. The $3 pick up fee is waived only if the amount you are picking up at one time is over the $200 value. 


We offer a range of secure payment methods. Upon checkout, you will be directed to PayPal's website where you will have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Please note that you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Simply fill in the credit card form and submit, once prompted to confirm, choose to "continue without logging in" by clicking on the link beside the login box.

For pre-orders, you can choose the "pre-order" option upon checkout if you prefer to be invoiced later for your order. If you choose to pay up front, you can choose from "Paypal" or "credit card" as your payment options. 


As we are a Canadian company based in British Columbia, we are obliged to charge GST (5%) on all Canadian sales and an extra BC PST (7%) for sales to residents of British Columbia. Taxes are added at time of check-out.


If applicable, discounts are applied at time of check-out.


Returns on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items, within 14 days of purchase. You must send an email to support@agesthreeandup.com before returning your product so we can assign a return ticket number to you. The customer is responsible for postage on the return, and the product MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT. Any opened, loose or blind boxed product is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items cancelled. Cancellations must be done before an item is in transit. Once an order has been shipped, it is too late to cancel. If you miss your cancellation date, please refer to our Returns section above to properly return your unwanted items to us.
