SHIPPING

Flat Rate Shipping

For all products destined for the USA and Canada, a simple Flat Rate charge of $9.99 USD is added to each order, which means the more you buy, the more you save. For local shoppers, Flat Rate shipping within the Vancouver area is only $7.99USD. The Shipping charge will be added to your total at check-out. 

Note that certain over-sized or over-weight items will not qualify for flat rate shipping. Products that do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping will be clearly marked on the website. For a product that adds substantial weight to a shipment, it may need to be shipped separately in a special box. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to any order over $200 destined to the USA.

Store Pick-Up Fee

All customers local to the Vancouver area can pick up orders at the retail store at no extra charge. 

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post Expedited Service for all packages destined for Canada, and USPS Priority Service with delivery confirmation for all packages destined for USA

International orders are shipped either First Class or Priority, depending on the method chosen in your order. Ages Three and Up strongly recommends using Priority shipping to International destinations. Although it is more expensive, it ensures packages get to their destination. Lost packages shipped via First Class are not the responsibility of Ages Three and Up.

If you want your item(s) shipped to you faster, we can quote a faster method of shipping if you leave us a note in the comments section when making your purchase. 

Insurance

All Flat Rate Shipping fees DO NOT include insurance. Priority shipping comes with tracking and a very small amount of insurance. 

If you wish to purchase extra insurance with your package there will be an additional cost to your order. Please contact us at support@agesthreeandup.com to discuss any extra shipping options. Once a package has left our facility, Ages Three and Up is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur to your packages as we have no control over the carriers actions. If you have purchased additional insurance for your items, please notify us of any issues with your shipment immediately, so that we can help you to start a claim with the carrier.

Tracking Number

A Tracking number is provided with all shipments. This number will be sent to you by email from your account on agesthreeandup.com.  You will be able to access this information from the Accounts section.

Tracking on First Class International packages only works within the USA. Once the package leaves the USA it is no longer trackable. 

NOTE:
Ages Three and Up reserves the right to limit how much is being sent under the Flat Rate Shipping option. Anyone considered abusing the Flat Rate option will have their orders split into deliveries that are more manageable. 

We do not accept wholesale orders and reserve the right to cancel any orders that are purchased for commercial / retail distribution.

RETURNS

Returns on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items, within 14 days of purchase. You must send an email to support@agesthreeandup.com before returning your product so we can assign a return ticket number to you. The customer is responsible for postage on the return, and the product MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT. Any opened, loose or blind boxed product is NON-REFUNDABLE.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items cancelled. Cancellations must be done before an item is in transit. Once an order has been shipped, it is too late to cancel. If you miss your cancellation date, please refer to our Returns section above to properly return products to us.
